No Decrease in Take-Home Pay

The 360 Advantage program is designed to ensure employees do not experience a decrease in their take-home pay. In most situations, employees will likely see an increase.

Employees may notice new deductions on their paycheck, but these are offset by tax savings and the Reimbursement Credit, resulting in equal or greater net pay.

Program Requirements

Employee Eligibility

  • Full-time (30+ hours/week) W-2 employees
  • Base pay of $35,000+ annually
  • Enrolled in company-sponsored or qualifying health insurance
  • Paying F.I.C.A. taxes

Company Requirements

  • Minimum 15 enrolled employees
  • Annual turnover of 30% or less preferred
  • HR/payroll professionals for data management
  • Stable workforce environment
